“Our book festival needed to be a hybrid event this year because of many of the high profile speakers were not being able to attend in person. We had a full group of authors and publishers on-site, but many guest speakers attended virtually. Patricia walked us through the process of what we needed to do on-site to be ready, and produced/supported the virtual group. She bridged the two contexts beautifully.
