I had the pleasure of working with Patricia directly as a member of our HR team, as our part-time Learning and Development Consultant in 2021. In the short time she was with us (11 month contract), she designed and delivered comprehensive Zoom training virtually to all our staff and coordinated several all staff events including an International Women’s Day celebration, annual Staff Appreciation event, and our quarterly events to welcome new staff to our organization. Patricia is a consummate L&D professional, responsive to changing priorities, an excellent communicator, and a true collaborator. I would recommend her without hesitation.
Patricia saved the day! I was a keynote speaker for a large, professional development event run by wonderful volunteers. While they were experts in their field they (justifiably) had no idea how to produce a virtual event. I admit I was a bit panic-stricken at the thought of them doing it on their own (read, my!) tech so I was so happy to recommend Patricia’s services. With Patricia’s pre-event guidance and teaching – the volunteers were confidently able to run the event – which went technically perfect, btw! I recently attended Patricia’s workshop that shared tools to engage virtual audiences, As a speaker who has now moved to presenting and training through virtual platforms, it has become more and more critical to be able to involve audiences in interesting and fun ways. Patricia delivered an incredible amount of value with a variety of tools, apps, strategies and games to keep an audience interacting throughout the presentation. Despite it being a short workshop of only 30 mins, I was left with a ton of ideas that I could easily implement for my next online presentation. Very actionable content, and a fun workshop overall.
Patricia not only made the process of transferring my onsite ppt presentation into an online course very easy she also made the finished product much better than I could have done by myself.

The Engaging Online Events: 5 Day Course about facilitating virtual learning, was fantastic value! I learned what aspects I need to add to our process. I also appreciated how quickly I could go through this course, taking away what actions that I could take right away. This course was enjoyable to go through, practical and applicable to moving our training online. The level of expertise and depth Patricia has transfer fluidly to the course and while packed with information, it is not overwhelming and flows at a great pace. If you are moving to virtual learning, this is a “must take“ to not only learn the basics but to differentiate yourself from the competition and provide a value add learning experience to clients and customers.

Patricia (Regier Educational Services) generously shares her insider tips on video and social media with the members of the Niagara Consultants Network. When she mentioned she had jazzed up a video recording of a Pecha Kucha style presentation she taped at one meeting I was intrigued and asked her to see what she could do with mine. I was really pleased with what she did considering the recording was for our personal use to improve our self-awareness of how we come across when presenting. The content is now showcased in a way that improves viewer retention and it’s not just 5 minutes of my talking head! I love that I can re-purpose that video recording so that others benefit from my topic and see me in action.

Patricia is a passionate educator. This winter, I invited her as a guest lecturer to my social gerontology course at Brock University. The class was filled with 80 students majoring in public and community health, and medical health sciences. Her talk was informative and insightful and full of practical and philosophical advice to young students, based on her extensive experience working with seniors and community organizations. She was very friendly and engaging, and successfully provoked students’ active participation in the class discussion. She also helped some students by providing them with career-oriented advice directed at becoming a community educator. It was very evident that Patricia is an experienced and excellent educator, well-placed to become a first-rate consultant with her broad network in the Niagara community and beyond. Given her passion for education, her genuine caring personality, and her wide range of knowledge in community-based health promotion and education, I will definitely invite Patricia to my courses in the future, and recommend her to other educational institutions and community organizations as an educator, a consultant, or a collaborator for research project.
During the years I have had the pleasure of knowing Patricia (Regier Educational Services), I had opportunities to work with her on a number of post graduate projects. I worked alongside Patricia for over 7 years. She is an exceptional leader and teacher. Her ease and professionalism in dealing with staff and colleagues is beyond excellent.
