Patricia saved the day! I was a keynote speaker for a large, professional development event run by wonderful volunteers. While they were experts in their field they (justifiably) had no idea how to produce a virtual event. I admit I was a bit panic-stricken at the thought of them doing it on their own (read, my!) tech so I was so happy to recommend Patricia’s services. With Patricia’s pre-event guidance and teaching – the volunteers were confidently able to run the event – which went technically perfect, btw!
